Ask DS: Plumbing and electrical

House.....call it 3000 SF ....nothing special

How long should it take for plumbing and electrical rough in prior to walls / sheet rock.....then how long for final termination of electrical and plumbing fixtures?

Plumber 1 day (top out)
Electrician 2.5 (rough in)

Final plumber 1 day (trim)
Electric 1-1.5 (trim)
