I am using Magnolia State bank in flowood. Have been really easy to deal with through out the whole process. You contracting it yourself ?

I used Magnolia State Bank as well when John Tucker was there. HE has since left and went to Trustmark in Flowood (corner of Lakeland and 25). He is the man you need to call... this dude is awesome and extremely easy to work with. I now consider him a friend afterwards.

Yeah, I meant corner of Grants Ferry and Lakeland... in front of the Kroger.
I would also recommend Adam (matador1), he's a long time member here and stand up dude! If the company he was with a couple years ago did construction loans, I would have went with him.

I'll give Adam a +1 also but since he can't do construction loans he sent me to John Foggo, same company as Adam but in the branch off of Lakeland. They have both been very helpful
