Email notifications

How can I be notified when a reply is made to a thread? I used to get emails but they have stopped.

you use Gmail? mine have been jacked up for years. I think mods said something to do with phpBB version level (bug).

Micah had it working for a little while not long ago, but he did not share with me how he fixed it.

I haven't gotten an email notification in I don't know how long. Hell, I logged in this evening and noticed I had a PM from yesterday. With the forum being public and not needing to be logged in to view I rarely log in anymore.
