Me and my wife love Cobalt. Have not seen it mentioned. +1 On Cosmo's go there every trip also. I hate places like Lu Lus, The Hangout, Tacky Jacks. Just tourist attractions to me. If they have good food they need nothing else to draw people in the door in my opinion.

Fisher's in OB - New Place, Upstairs is nice and down is casual
Doc's - Best fried seafood
Moe's BBQ (I know it is not seafood) Dang good ribs on the 4th of July
Cobalt - A+ atmosphere
