Arkansas trout resorts
Arkansas trout resorts
I've always gone to Lindsey's Resort on Little Red, and had a trip booked in May. However, they shut down this past weekend as the result of foreclosure. Lobo Landing closed recently as well from what I hear. What other places would yall recommend? Its me, an uncle, and several cousins that go. Man weekend kind of thing. Lot of beer drinking. We generally redneck fish the trout with powerbait and what not, no fly fishing. Looking for somewhere that has a dock that would rent boats and motors, cabins, etc. Thanks

Ive never stayed here, but we used to camp across the river from it at a place that his since closed down and sold. Its right where the White and Norfork meet so you can fish both. Theres are 2 or 3 places in town that rents boats. The norfork has a lot of wade fishing places.

The Two Rivers Fly Shop right across the river is also owned by a Grenada, Mississippi native as well. Ask for Dominic and then ask what they are biting own. He also runs a guide service out of the shop as well.deltadukman wrote:http://norforkriverresort.com/new/#!BIRDSEYE4

Just go right across the river to Red River Trout Dock. We stay there every Labor Day weekend. They have everything you need.
Re: Arkansas trout resorts
Ive stayed at Rileys Station...killer set up...has boats, bait, and nice cabins. Caught the heck out of em just downtream and the hole right out front...limited cell reception and NO cable

When is a good time to go up there for the best fishing? I'd love to take my son up there this spring/ summer.
