What's the closest hotel to stay at where I won't need my assault rifle?

I stayed at the King Edward last time I went to a concert downtown.
Looking for 2 duck calls from Dominic Serio of Greenwood (ones for Novacaine)

I think they have pretty good security at the King Edward, but the airport area would work too.
It should be a good show. I've never seen Bingham before.

Ive waited years to hear him and tickets are cheap. Just heard Jason Isbell will be at the Jimmy Rodgers festival in Meridian along with St. Paul and the Broken Bones. Lots of good music coming. Warren Haynes and Gov't mule are coming to Thalia Mara as well.

When is the Jimmy Roger festival? I wasn't sure how Isbell would do when the left the Trucker's. I like him better on his own. Never see him live and would really like to.

Supposedly they've been switching out who opens and closes. I thought they came on mighty early. Ryan Bingham was melting faces. It was too crowded and I guess I am getting older because I about came unnerved on some folks. Lucero...seen them twice and both times their sound guy must been stoned or they must intentionally muffle their voices. I cant stand it. Ill probably never go see them again.
