mechanical engineer

guys im looking to hire a mechanical engineer to work under me at a manufacturing facility. company wise we are looking for a young (recently graduated) mechanical engineer that knows solid works and or autocad and is familiar with hydraulics. company is located approx. 30 min from Stuttgart, ar so your in the heart of duck hunting. just seeing if there is any interest around the forum since we are trying to find an individual that fits in with the outdoors/duck hunting/ fishing that has walk around common sense... pm me if anyone knows someone or is interested.
