We need to write a petetion or something to the AG and the Clay County prosecuter and whoever the hell else demanding that it be tried as a Hate crime. You know raise some hell. All these "politicians" know what it is, whether or not they have the balls to come out and say it and stand up for what is right is a different story, but I don't care who you are or what you say..it's obvious why they beat him like that...blacks don't like whites...period. and of story.

Wtva reporting arrest has been made with more expected. Grand jury to decide if it was a hate crime.

One article I read said he was carrying a .45 cal handgun. Guess he choose not to take the lives of his attackers and it almost cost him his life.
Sad. Had he shot one or two of those attacking him, he would have been the new whipping boy for the media. No win situation.

When I went to sign it it sent me to a page for donations and the was no choice for no donation that I could find. Maybe I overlooked it...

Yeah, it asks if you want to, but you don't have to. It accepts your signature to the petition without donating.
