What to use to get rid of wood bees?
Re: What to use to get rid of wood bees?
The one I have has a small Mason jar attached to the bottom. Right now, I am catching about half a jar of bees per day. As someone pointed out above, the bee flight is especially heavy this year.

What do you do with them once they're caught? Turn em loose at someone's house who you don't like?

I used a 20oz water bottle. It needs to be clear. Once they go into the hole, they travel toward the light. In attaching. I drill or cut out the cap of the bottle, next I drill a 1 1/8" hole on the bottom of the trap and force the cap in, then screw the bottle back on.

Demon WP can get it at co-op. I have a brick/cypress house and a cypress shop. All I use, and I have no ants, bees, wasps, roaches, crickets, or anything else that crawls anymore. Normally lasts for around three months.
