looking for small house or lot for mobile home for mother

I am looking for a small house, lot or small acreage for a small mobile home for my mother. She is not financially set to buy one and is currently living with my sister. I would like to buy her something that she could afford a rent/payment on until she pays it off and she can have it.

The only requirement on location is reasonable distance from gluckstadt/Madison area. it also has to have internet available since she works from home.
She says she can afford in the $450-550 a month.

Anyone have any leads on anything that sounds like might fit the bill? Thanks for any help.

Neighbor wants to sell his double wide. I am wanting to purchase the land. If you would like to purchase the Mobile Home, you could keep it there. We are in a very small neighborhood between Benton and hwy 55 on hwy 16.
