I got behind a pickup at lunch today that had the TopScoutFooball Recruiting webiste in the back window. He had MO license plates.

Yes...blue Dodge pickup. I had no idea who it was at the time but a co-worker, who has no idea of this website or his duck lease escapades, said he was "a little shady" and sent me the link that I attached. Saw the name and thought it rang a bell.
