Mighty quiet around here... figured somebody would have posted this already.

Word on the street is he is leaving for Texas as the WR's coach.

Sounds to me like he was pushed in that direction. Its a demotion in title and responsibilty. A poster on another board has been saying this would happen for a couple months now. B. McKinney coming back is the big news today.

Heard on HeadtoHead yesterday afternoon that they may not even hire another OC. Instead Mullen would continue to call plays as he has been doing and hire a special teams coach. They made the point saying that nothing will really change as far as calling plays. That was only one report that they saw so there's no tellin what they plan to do.

This needs to happen REGARDLESS. Special teams was atrocious in more than just field goal kicking this year.
