Go buy some glycerin swabs tonight at Walgreens or another drug store. You will not be able to breath from your nose and will have to breath from your mouth which will dry it out. The glycerin swabs keep it from getting dry.

i just had the same surgery about a month or so ago... the pressure in my head from all the clogged sinues and such would leave me with a headache and blury vision pretty much every day and just left me to the point i couldn't take it anymore.. and i will say this.. it honestly was a cake walk for me.. wish i had done it years ago... i only was in pain the day after (the only day i even took any pain meds).. the few days following was a little uncomfortable due to having splints and tubes in my nose and sinues.. the worst part for me was when they pulled all the tubes out about 5-6 days later.. not pain wise but just uncomfortable feeling... my doc said i had the worst broken nose and infecteded sinues he had ever seen and had to rebreak my nose in 3 places.. but hopefully everything will go as smooth for you... after having it i can breathe/smell so much better and haven't had a single headache since.. good luck man.. i know i was a nervous wreck and it was my first real surgery, but i wouldn't hesitate to do it all over again to get the results i have gotten.
