That could have been from water in the gas.....Fouled the plug. You ran the water out and then changed to new plug without knowing it.miket wrote:I know it is a different machine but I was having the exact same problem with my Grizzly 700EFI. New spark plug and problem was solved.

I'm starting to be real happy I went the Artic Cat route now. When I hunted in my previous camp a lot of fellows had Rangers and problems. They may have fixed many of those now but it was ridiculous four or five years ago. These for the most part where hunting machines. Not suped up joy riding machines.

In this case it was simply a bad plug. Always start of with the basics first. It would suck to buy a new fuel pump or whatever and the discover it was a $7 spark plug.Deltaquack wrote:That could have been from water in the gas.....Fouled the plug. I think I found the problem.deltadukman wrote:My brothers did this after a week of my borrowing it. He swears it was water in the fuel from the jerry cans I was using. Took it to Brookhaven and it didn't mess up afterwards. I don't know if it was coincidental or not.

Glad you are pleased with your purchase but don't think they don't have problems too. Got a guy in my club that might have a thing or two to say about em.peewee wrote:GulfCoast wrote:Never. Again. Polaris. That's my new life rule, and I'm sticking to it. After all, they stuck it to me.

Time will tell that's for sure. Thus far it's done everything I needed to do in the swamp and buckshot. My FIL had an Arctic Cat 4 wheeler and never had a problem with it, hopefully mine will last also.
