Gerald died
Haven't seen an obit yet but looks like he passed away from a heart attack today.
I know every single one of you msu guys ran into him at the bar or around campus. He was the old guy that would frequently take a nap at the bar at cheers while I was there. You never saw him without a camera around his neck. Rip Gerald

Re: Gerald died
I worked at Flo and Eddie's circa 2000 and Gerald was a mainstay at the bar. Super nice guy that I enjoyed talking to when things were slow. Hate to hear he has passed away.

Definitely will not be the same. Budweiser sales in Starkville will take a hit as well. Rest in peace Mr. Berry.

Bin 612 having a Budweiser toast to Gerald this Thursday at 9 PM. They've put a plaque on his favorite barstool.

Re: Gerald died
Always wondered who that guy was. Saw him all thru college in the late eighties
Saw him last summer in left field lounge during the regional having a cold one enjoying
the atmosphere. I think he had the same flannel shirt on as the picture. Kinda like
Mac Banks, a college icon!
