Camera bag

Postby justinmur » Fri Dec 27, 2013 7:07 am

My wife and I got a Rebel t3i for Christmas present and I want to get her something to store her camera in as she takes it places. Plus it will keep everything in one place. Thanks

I started with a Canon backpack from Walmart or Bestbuy or somewhere. It was ok for a while but I outgrew it pretty quickly and, like with most stuff, you get what you pay for. I think I was around 20 bucks and I got all 20 bucks out of it pretty quickly. I bought a Lowepro Slingshot a couple months ago and so far I'm really pleased with it. It has plenty room for most of your equipment. If you have several lenses you may have to pick an choose which ones you want to carry but it will hold several. Lots of storage for you other gear as well. The only downsides to it are that it is little too big if you plan to carry it every day, and since it only has one sling style strap instead of backpack straps it can get a little tiring to carry if you're going to carry it all day long. What every you buy be sure it is water proof!

Look through the Lowepro website and find the bag that meets your specific needs. I have 2 of their bags and love them. Well designed and well made gear.
