Silva
This is the first time in years he has been favored so little in a fight. I just don't see him losing? He showboated his way into a loss last time. I almost feel like the last fight was a fix just so the odds WOULD be set for this fight so people could profit off of him finally.

Re: Silva
I don't think it was a fix at all. I think Weidman finally figured him out adn was just young enough and full of enough vinagar to think he could beat him.
As for him losing this time, I'm 50/50. Chael showed us he was human, Weidman showed us he was beatable. I think his time is limited but he's still the best ever.

$5,000 wins you $2950 typically for and Anderson Silva fight the odds are more like $5,000 to win $900 so if you ever bet on him now is the time.

Re: Silva
If Weidman doesn't get caught early with something, I think he will take Silva down and finish him. Silva admitted the show-boating last time was to keep it standing because he knew he stood no shot on the ground. Remember to, Silva almost retired after the last fight. Weidman took his heart. I think Weidman wins again, though Silva is still very dangerous.
The Rousey v Tate fight is intriguing to me too. Rhonda has made herself almost impossible to like...she acts as a though she is 14 years old. That said, I bet she arm-bars Tate again. I'd love to see Tate knock her out though.

Can't overthink a tib/fib snapping in half like that. Holy sheeeyat, sounded like a 2x4 snapping, that turned my stomach. Silva is done for good I think, no way he comes back from that...

Re: Silva
I think he is out at least a year. Being out a year from MMA is a long time. I was hoping Tate would pull off the upset, but she just couldn't do it.
Re: Silva
Hope Silva retires. Hate to see great champions keep fighting too long past their prime.
I like RR and was glad she won. She brings some of the hate on herself but Tate should quit whining and admit that RR has elevated the sport. Without RR no one would know who Tate is. Rousey is also hot.

Re: Silva
I bet his career is over. That injury would probably take him 2 years to get recovered from and then back into shape. He'd be 40 by then. He almost quit after he got beat last time, so I'm gussing he will this time.Drakeshead wrote:I think he is out at least a year. Being out a year from MMA is a long time.
