fastest deer skinning

I skin deer at night at a local processor from time to time. Started doing it to help pay back student loans. I have been asked alot this year if I was as fast as the mexican guy. Well I will let you judge. In his video, he only pulls the hide off. I skin, quarter, backstraps, and inner tenderloins out in 4:11. Yall take a look, share it if you like.

I like those victorinox boning knives. You can get them at rebel butcher supply.

I kinda thought the same thing. It sure does pull easy for him. I mean I am 205 lbs do judo and brazilian jiu jitsu, I have pretty decent grip strength, but he looked like he was having and easier time pulling hide than me. But who knows, maybe he didn't.

Uh, it's fast. But I'd be worried about putting that front leg between my legs and skinning it out with the leg toward me. One slip and you are singing soprano. :shock: :shock:

This is a great video. Your father in law said he plans to shoot 4 or 5 while you are here for Christmas so you can have some practice. It is a small world. Just found out who you are attached to. :D
