Well...the Spinosa debt I spoke of earlier...it is being reported in the Baton Rouge Business Journal that it was paid off a month or so ago. Hhmmmm.

I am still, for some reason, of the mindset that he does not go to Texas. That said, there sure is a lot of smoke around.

He is still recruiting...apparently for Bama, but was with two LSU targets yesterday (Tony Brown and Leonard Fournette) and no word that I am aware of has come from them as to what school he was recruiting them to.

There is a message board rumor from someone "in the know" that Mack will retire between now and Saturday and Saban will be announced as the new Texas HC on Tuesday morning. Again, who the heck knows, but this is really fascinating nonetheless.
