Need a plumber in Madison
I have a broker toilet flange that I am afraid to replace (see medical bills from previous flooring project). It is a 4x3 step down flange and I don't know how nor do I have the tools to separate the 2 pipes. Anyone have any recs?

What is broke on it? Where the toilet bolts go through it? If so they make a repair kit for that so you don't have to take the flange off.

Thanks... I figured the flange had to be replaced. I fixed it this afternoon. So far no leaks

Usually if you have a broke flange the toilet was "rocking" and that led to the break. Make sure you caulk it to the foor after you check for leaks around the wax ring.
