Perhaps the most interesting thing is to remember this time next year what the scenario will be. Right now, if the situation is the same, 2 SEC teams are a lock for the 4 team playoff. So for as much joy as those in the Big 10 (and the rest of conferences for that matter) might have this year for "breaking" the SEC streak of NCs, it won't last long.
