So they have started notifying people that got drawn for this unknown place? I haven't heard squat. That must mean I didn't get drawn again, for the 3rd straight year.

Yes, opening weekend draws on WMA's have taken place. Next round is open until the 17th i believe.

Unless this is a certain piece of public land that's part of the refuge system. I know one in particular that only allows you to bring 2 guests. If it's WMA, then yes, 3 guests.
