Funny how well they operated that to get everything for free.
Wonder how it will all play out? Gment or Walmart go after them for repayment.
If using a card shouldn't it have registered how much they used? Dont pay them that much till its all recovered maybe?

I was in kroger when the system went out. Had to be 30 baskets full of stuff pushed off to the side that people couldnt purchase bc the system was fixed. Wife made a comment that we have never seen so many blacks at kroger. Guess they figured everyone all over limits were raised.
