Auburn- possible split National Champ.

I'm sure most people know this, but with Auburn's win against Virginia Tech last night Auburn has the chance for a share of the National Championship. Obviously as an SEC fan, I want this to happen, but don't think it will. Some of the stuck-up members of the AP will not even give them a chance.
Haha, just thought this was pretty interesting because I didn't know that had a shot at a share of the title

Auburn needed to wipe the floor with Virginia Tech in order to have a prayer for a split title. Needless to say, that didn't happen. Tubbs won't get a title, too bad for him.

I am a big SEC fan myself, but Auburn has a snowballs chance in HELL right now! :twisted:

Auburn doesn't have a chance. Unlike last season both the AP and Coaches Poll will go with the winner of the Orange Bowl.

Auburn has zero chance. Hate it for the SEC, but its true. They needed to spank VA to have a remote shot.

The problem is that Choke-lahoma obviously had no business being in the Orange Bowl. Thanks BcS for the great Orange Bowl match-up and the now 3 undefeated teams.

I think ESPN could have started the post game show at halftime. That was a real unpleasant game to watch.......epecially for somebody who wanted the opposit to happen tonight.

I thought that USC had no business being there, but after watching that game I have to say that they deserved to be there. As for the National title, Auburn has no shot. I think they should have been one of the teams in the game anyway, but that's what happens when your from the south.

I think tonight showed how important there needs to be a playoff system, b/c obviosly Oklahoma didn't deserve a #2 ranking.
