And now we get to watch OK St drag Hail State up and down the field. Sounds like a great start to the season

Vandy puked it away in the closing minutes.

It's funny to me how all these bullydogs give the refs credit for handing Rebs the game. I guess you all closed your eyes on the two no calls when dude practically bear hugged Moncrief to keep from getting beat on key third down plays which would have likely resulted in a TD ? I completely agree they blew some calls both ways but IMO it kind of evened itself out. Huge win for the Rebs, especially with what lies ahead.
Hotty Toddy !!!
.... And for what it's worth I say MSU-OSU will be alot closer than some might think.

Penalties didn't decide that game. Poor execution down the stretch (for both teams) was the deciding factor. At any rate, it was an instant classic.

+1

lots of things can be interpreted from that game, your allegiances as a football fan could easily determine the nature of your interpreation...either team would have felt they gave it away in losing, either team knows they made some plays to win it...to say the officiating decided that game is weak, very weak

That guy is legit. Did not look like a freshmen.

Kimdeechie has a lot of room for improvement. Big body and quick but his technique wasn't there last night. The goal line play was a good example. When that guy gets a couple rip swim and spin moves down, he's gonna be bad news.

Road conference wins are very valuable. It's like stealin. Good win.

Here are my concerns

Bo couldn't scramble eggs! he runs great forward but dodging a biltz or even a crashing DE.........sack time!

Kicking game......kick off could not get better,strong leg.......field goals.....TBA?

3rd and 1....we run from the shotgun?!!?......I say put the gorilla from Ga.in at FB...he had what 800 yards in HS last year.

Do we have the slowest LB core in SEC.?

I think Bo does well running. Dodging a blitz... ehhh.

Those were Ritter's first ever FG attempts in a game. I'll give him a pass. He does have a boot though.

I agree. I told my dad during the game we need a goal line package with Nkemdiche taking the ball.

Well Mike Marry is a typical MLB. He's a slow run stopper. And Denzel Nkemdiche had a torn meniscus, so that slowed him down.

Losing Denzel and Aaron Morris will hurt though.
