I would have to agree with you. All the talking heads thinking Alabama is gonnna walk through the season undefeated. I will predict that Alabama loses 1 game (don't know where but it is coming) with a healthy Mcarron and 2 if he gets hurt. A few new offensive lineman will make a huge difference in this years team and last years.

Texas A&M loses 3 or 4 games. All the time Manziel spent jetting around the country should have been spent in the film room and working out with his team. They also lost some key players from that offensive line. Alabama will eat their lunch this year.

LSU will lose 3 or 4 games. They have some tough games with a lot of new faces.

I still think Auburn is the surprise of the SEC with the biggest improvement.

Arkansas, whooooooooh I would hate to be a fan of theirs this year.

I think Ole Miss and MSU have the ability to be really good. The key to both: Ole Miss has to stay healthy. Hard to do playing in the toughest conference in the nation. They just don't have a lot of back ups that can play in the SEC. The 22 starters they do have can match up well against anybody. MSU has two question marks to me. The WR and DB's. Can these receivers get open before Tyler Russell gets hit. If they don't, it may be the best thing for MSU. Prescott fits Mullen's offensive philosophy better. Then there is the biggest question mark. I think if the DB's grow up fast and slow down some of the explosive offenses they have to play, then MSU has the chance to be pretty special. I think Ole Miss can be as good as a 1 loss team to a 4 loss team and MSU can be as good as a 2 loss team to a 6 loss team.

Wow - you really went out on a limb versus all those "Talking Heads."
LSU will lose 3 or 4 games. They have some tough games with a lot of new faces.
The new faces aren't necessarily the issue, perhaps one the old faces is the issue. Sorry Les - you get more talent than most each and every year.

I still think Auburn is the surprise of the SEC with the biggest improvement.
Only one way to go but up.

Arkansas, whooooooooh I would hate to be a fan of theirs this year.
I would hate to be a fan of theirs any year. Well, they do have cool treehouses.
MSU has two question marks to me. The WR and DB's.
Make that three question marks - including Dan Mullen

I think the only two teams in the SEC with the ability and depth to go undefeated are LSU and Bama. That said, LSU is gonna lose three games at a minimum, based on what Mossy said. Bama is going to go undefeated and they are going to skull-drag Ohio State or Clemson in the national title game.

Even if McCarron goes down, or anyone else for that matter, Bama will replace them with someone on the same level. I don't think the average college football fan realizes just how deep Bama is right now. They are 4 deep with monster 5 star running backs and have probably at least 4 WRs that will be NFL starters at some point. Their entire O-line will be in the NFL. A majority of the starting defense as well as back-ups will play NFL ball. They are starting to reach their pinnacle as far as what Saban envisions IMO.

I say this with complete sincerity...if Bama had to bench all of their #1s for the entire season, this team would still be in the running for the west...that is how deep they are right now.

The bad part is that there is no end in sight for the rest of the SEC as long as Saban in on the Capstone.

I will tell you right here and now. Louisville will be the team that runs the table and will cry. Someone please post their schedule - Kentucky appears to be one of their toughest contests.

Lsu will not have the depth on the O-Line to make a run in the SEC this year. Hard to replace minter, Reid, Montgomery, Mingo etc on defense.
I think you'll see flashes of greatness with Cam Cameron running the O.

Bama vs Ohio St in the natty.

Just looked him up - he redshirted last year - now listed as a RS Frosh Tight End - 6'-6" 251 I bet his mouth alone goes 220.
