ATV VALUE

Postby Taint » Mon Jul 22, 2013 2:41 pm

Just wanted some different insights on value of Honda Foreman 2007 Manual Shift front and rear basket racks with winch. Has really good tires...itp, ip or something but not the really aggressive kind.

They are asking $3800.......1900 miles???

I would think that would be a fare price depending on the mechanical and cosmetic condition.......

from the pics it looked pretty good. Did not look like there was any broken plastic. I am going to see it in the morning and give a little test drive. Any suggestions on what I need to look at close?

just ask them what they would take and drop it 500.00-1000 and see if they bite. Just be prepared to pay the full 3800 if it looks good.

Haven't priced quads in a while, but that may be about half of new. I would start at $3000 and go from there. I'd be happy with $3600 if the bike is clean, no smoke, shifts good, and doesn't look abused.

Check brakes & front wheel bearings. Other than that, not much goes wrong with a Honda.

Check oil and breather box. That will give you an idea of the life it's had.
