Re: Prayers Please
Man. I hate to have to bring this thread back up, but I need to ask for your prayers again. Ryan has relapsed after a year in remission. They are headed back to Batson on Monday to start chemo, and will undergo a bone marrow transplant this time. Please keep his parents in your prayers as well. They are having a tough time, as anyone would. It is a very helpless feeling watching your best friend deal with this, and trying to grasp how helpless he feels about his son's illness is gut wrenching.

Ryan's dad, Austin, has been training all year for the Chattanooga Iron Man race, but put his plans on hold after finding out about Ryan's relapse. This Sunday, some friends will put on a Ryan-Man race, so Austin can fulfill his goal of completing a full ironman. If you swim/bike/run or just want to encourage Austin and Ryan, you can visit this page for details:

Thanks for your prayers- the LaSource's felt them last year, and I know they will again.

Re: Prayers Please
As everyone else does, I sure hate to hear this news. My family will continue to pray for Ryan, his medical staff, family and friends.
I am interested in purchasing duck calls that were made by Mike McLemore. I am a family member and they have a sentimental value.

Re: Prayers Please
Many thanks for all the prayers. Ryan began his chemo today.
For anyone near Madison, there will be a bone marrow donor registry at the Madison Farmers Market next Tuesday, August 5th from 4 to 8pm. It will be next to the red caboose in "downtown" Madison.
