So here I am waiting on the Big V. At least I get to be sedated with an I V. I can't take the meds they give to do it in the office. Hope I'm good to go by the weekend.

I had to go iron man couldnt take the valium sp? just got the numbing shot and away we went. Nothing to it. Back at work the next day no problem pain minimal. Wear tight drawers or a jock strap for support.

let me know how it goes. been think'n bout having it done also.. and i's gonna get them to take a few inches off this thing while they were at it! j/k

Beside the aftermath of katrina my vasc. was the worst three weeks of my life ,ranked right up there with the compuond spiral fracture of my arm! I would not wish what I went through on anyone!!

Gee thanks. I'm through now and doc said they are glad they took me to the OR. Something about the office equipment not being big enough. Just kidding. They had a problem with one side but it worked out

If I were to hazzard a wild a** guess, I'd almost be willing to bet that Ms. Guy is a lesbian.

When I was in the room to have mine done I looked over and saw a procedure tray with a needle that no lie had to have been about 10 inches long. I almost had a panic attack it looked like something a vet would use on a horse. I ask the nurse with what little voice I could muster if that needle was for me she said no its for another procedure later on. If I would have had drawers on when I saw that big needle I would have bolted out the door.
Worst part was taking the spooge sample that you have to drop off every month or so to check for active swimmers. Every time I dropped off the sample with the receptionist as directed I felt dirty. I guess it was worse for her cause she is the drop off point for probably several men everyday leaving their "speciman" samples.
