i do not know what documentations for support you are looking for. there is no financial support except leasing the holes out to customers. there is no foundation supporting this. it is called entrepreneurship and capitalism. the support comes from demand. if there is no demand for this type venture, it will not succeed. even if there is a demand, one must take in more money than one spends in order to succeed. also, it's gotta be fun!

i do not know how the pricing will work. assuming the mallards do not leave after the 1st shot and assuming that the people leasing the breaks think that having the mallards placed in the breaks is more fun than not having them, then i suppose the people leasing the holes will decide how many mallards they would like placed in the break. i would think the mallards would be in the neighborhood of $15 or $16 a mallard. i am only speculating. the mallards would be placed in the break and the hunters leasing the break could shoot the limit and get out or hang around and run the mallards off. it would be up to them.
