Bass on the fly

I had a good morning fishing last Saturday on a private lake I have permission on. In about 2.5 hours, I caught about 25 bass. Most were in the 3-4lb range, and a couple smaller, and a couple just over 4 lbs. 10 of which were on my 6wt fly rod. I was with another guy, and had to wait until he drove the boat until I could fly fish. I actually caught a huge bream (my biggest on a fly) on a big bass streamer and a bass around 8lb's swallowed him, spit him out, swallowed him again, and then spit him out again before we could get him to the boat. Lots of fun. These were a couple that I caught on a fly. Released all the fish.

I tied up a few bluegill imitation streamers to go after that fatty 8lb'er I saw.
