What's your favorite beetle spins

I ain't fished in a while but trying to get back at it now that the kids are old enough. What's y'all's favorite colors for nettle spins. I have some private ponds that are full of bream and crappie

I have always liked the little ones with the tails, they are the same size as the little ones with no tail but if you can find them they seem to work best for me. Black with yellow stripe and white with the red dot .

this is like asking what's your favorite kind of rubbers...

i like the little red ones with the 2 white stripes. and i like the smallest you can get with the split tails.

beatle spins was always the bait of choice when we were kids. lots of good memories

We always did best with crappie on chartreuse with black stripes, split tail. The bream always seemed to prefer orange with black stripes, also split tail. Lots of good memories riding on those two baits.

Beetle pins & rooster tails... the go to lures for kids 13 & under. I always preferred rooster tails, though. I had an entire tackle box full of rooster tails by the time I was 10. Picking out which color I was gonna use on a hot summer afternoon on our lake was almost as intense as picking out a flavor at Baskin & Robbins. I can only hope my 3 boys can have the same memories when they are as old as I am...
