Getting more ducks to a pond

So I have this pond that's I've been watching for 2 years now that every season gets ducks... That number has increased over the past two seasons to anywhere from 15-30 ducks... The pond is surrounded by woods... I wanting to hunt it this year. But I want to increase the amount of ducks but in a legal way... Are there any tips for me? Im only going to hunt it 2-3 times a week maybe so I don't over hunt it and scare the ducks out

If you are only seeing 15-30 ducks....DO NOT hunt it 2 to 3 times a week. 2 times a season would be more like it.

We got one we hunt twice a year and have some good woody hunts we drain down 4-5 feet plant the edge in millet and fill back up.... Seems to get better and better every yr. You hunt a place like that 2-3 times a week you might as well go watch paint dry in the second week of you doing that and every week after that.....
