I thought I'd chime in on shot placement...the drum stick shot is lethal. You take out the landing gear and you take away their ability to get airborne. Plus, this shot with a large mechanical broadhead inflicts an incredible amount of trauma! This is my preferred shot placement on anything other than one in full strut facing away from me. BTW - I have a feeling JLT will be toting the bow cannon in the spring woods again in the near future; if for no other reason than to tutor me!
