NWTF Turkey Register

Guys,

I harvested a Rio in TX this past week. He's a trophy and according to my calculations and scoring, he is ranked 9th overall and 5th in the state of TX. I haven't thought much about it but the more I think about it, I kinda want to register him. The problem I have and question I have is that he is over 22lbs and I need to have (2) NWFT members to measure him and sign off on the documentation.
So are there 2 guys around the Jackson metro area with NWTF that would mind meeting me one saturday somewhere and signing off on the documentation?

Is there anything else I need to know about Registration before I do it? Right now the bird is in the freezer.

1 3/4 inch spur
1 7/8 inch spur
22 lbs (With an analog fish scale, I need to get a digital scale)
