Outbox?

Outbox?

Are messages in the PM Outbox messages that HAVE or ARE WAITING to be sent? Curious as there are only 2 messages in my Outbox but many in the Sent folder. I also haven't received a reply from the 2 in the Outbox, but don't want to duplicate messages to the recipients.
