Was there a Site Outage Yesterday?

Just out of curiosity, was there some kind of outage yesterday? While at work I couldn't get access. But this evening at home all is fine again.

I'm thinking work has probably made some filtering changes on the internet access and may be affecting my access to this site.

The site wasn't down yesterday. Alot of people lately have been losing access to the site due to firewall issues at the workplace.
