Can't get login information

Can't get login information

I registered yesterday and I have not received an email nor am I able to login. User Name is markthp email is markatthp@hotmail.com

Please resend my log in information. E-mail address is JohnT3@bellsouth.net. Apparently I have forgotten my user name. I have tried to reregister but it won't let me, saying that my e-mail address is already in use. Thanks.
