Haven't eatin squirrel since I was a youth. Anyone got a recipe they want to share? I waging an all out war on them after deer season!

I got a roast recipe that is off the chain.

Here you go"

I always cut out the major muscles out of the hind qtr. I use enough meat to fill a good size crock pot.

brown the meat in olive oil in a hot skillet.

put it in the crock pot.

add one can of cream of mushroom, one can of lipton French onion canned soup, one pack or ranch season, 8 pepperchini peppers, throw in a little juice to, and a stick of butter.

I cut up some taters and add baby carrots and throw it in.

i'm telling you this recipe makes some good roast.
