well on Monday morning i was walking across the cut over and jumped a buck up. I let loose to two shots. I fell like my first shot was the better. I let him set for an hour before looking for blood. Ended up finding 2 different spots with a good blood splat. Not far from threw the woods we jumped up a buck but could not get a shot. We searched the area were he was bedded down and found no blood. I did find a 3 spot of blood. I had to work today. I plan on looking for him again tomorrow.
I did talk with a man with a dog and we felt like it was not a good condition for his dog. I searched till dark.

no we covered the cut over again. i did find out my gun was shooting 6 inches to the right and 4 inches high so I am hoping i just grazed him
