Coons? When raccoons tried to get in our back porch, Momma just chase ‘em off with a broom!

Yeah you could say you have a coon problem. Looks like "coons" around Jr Food Mart in Yazoo City at 10pm on a Saturday night.

Get about a dozen of these and a bag of marshmellows and you will have them thinned out in no time

Those traps look interesting.

My woods are ate up with coons. I've got trailcam pics of deer and coons eating together. Looks like your pic just with a few deer mixed in. Flipping through the pics you can see the deer run the coons back then the coons will run the deer back a bit. I'm not overly concerned aside from the eating my deer food issue. I am more concerned about the coons destroying my turkey population.

I put 200#'s of corn in one of my feeder.

put a cam out the same day

4.5 weeks later I pull the camera. and the feeder is empty.

all coons, not one picture of a deer. I have up to 14 coons in one picture

pisses me off

~ ~ 1 skinned, deboned, defatted raccoon, cubed
~ 1 large Vidalia onion, diced
~ 3 cloves garlic, crushed
~ 3 medium turnips, diced
~ 2 lbs small whole potatoes
~ 3 stalks celery, diced
~ 1 tsp cayenne pepper
~ 1 tsp salt
~ 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
~ 1 cup sour cream
~ 4 cups water or enough to cover

Add all of the ingredients to a large cast iron pot. Stir together.

Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer 1 1/2 - 2 hours stirring occasionally.

Add more water if necessary.

Serve with a side salad, corn pone or cat head biscuits, vegetable of choice and iced tea.

Enjoy.
