"Baby It's Cold Outside"
Sitting here listening to a crackling fire and James Taylor's "Baby It's Cold Outside" reminded me of my coldest hunt in 2010. The High this day was 8 degrees and you can tell from the picture of a Mississippi River Chute that everything was frozen but the River itself. This picture of my son Kirk and I was taken by Justin (Gator) Harrison. Thanks for sharing a hunt with us Justin. I keep this picture on my computer login. Every duck in North America seemed to be at this spot in time. ---- I'm sure you have a memory of your coldest hunt. Mr. E

That was the most unbelievable site I had ever seen. couldn't throw a rock out of the chute and not hit a mallard. They knew they were safe as we motored by.
