homemade decoy bag??

Postby v-do » Fri Jul 10, 2015 8:38 am

I am thinking about buying a dozen dakota decoys and as you all know they are not cheap. I want a slotted bag but i dont want to pay 90 bucks for their bag or any other slotted bag after spending that much on decoys. I am thinking about making my own slotted decoy bag... Have any of yall ever tried this? any recomendations or ideas on how to do this before i jump into it? trying to do it cheaper than buying a bag but with decent quality as well

Unless you are a seamstress or know someone who is, you might as well drop the coin on a bag to protect the decoys you're dropping coin on. Sewing all that crap together is one giant jigsaw puzzle I don't want to work on.

You can buy new flocked heads from Dakota 7 for 21.00 ... If you still want a slotted bag...I've got a few I'll let you have cheap. Also have a bunch of painted heads if anybody needs them.

Anybody else notice that the double-post above was the first 2 posts of a fella by the name of "benben"?

That is all.
