Nice Looking Mount!!

Good looking mount IMO, but I'm a little biased. The problem is, I did it several years ago and now this taxidermist is claiming it as his work. Problem is this picture was taken at my shop, at my house, with my camera and I mounted every one of them. Wouldn't know this guy from Adam's house cat but it's pretty unscrupulous to do this. If he's passing this off as his work what else is he doing? Isn't this considered plagiarism??
With the internet these days it's hard to pull something like this off. I feel for his clients that expect champagne and get vinegar.

It is technically a common law copyright violation. You could sue him for such if you were so inclined in state court. You might spend your money better taking out an add in this guys local paper or papers and call him out on it. I would imagine you would enjoy quicker results.
