You think only 25% of these "panned out?" I see 8 that I would say had very successful college careers. Two of the failures were at LSU and Les is a QB killer. It shocks me that any top rated qb would even consider LSU.
No said that it looks like it's about a 25% chance that he is an really great college QB. I see about three, maybe four who were really great. There is a difference in having a successful career and being the guy on the field who has the ability to single handily change outcomes of games. He may be the best thing to come along since the front pocket on a t shirt, but you nor I nor any 'evaluator' knows. All I was showing is that as far as the rankings of these high school players go, QB is by far the hardest to evaluate, and I would say it's not more than a 50-50 shot in the dark as far as how a kid pans out, probably more like 30%.
