The initial scene wherein a #1 player was coming in for the weekend is believed to be Malachi Dupre (that eventually signed with LSU) that visited Ole Miss on that weekend. He was the #1 WR prospect in the nation. This puts both OM and LSU is potential trouble if true...(1) because he took illegal benefits making him ineligible; and (2) because he received illegal benefits while on a recruiting trip to OM.

Possibly, but if there isn't a way to prove it there is no case. Sort of like, I didn't know Daddy took $160K.
