My brother Brian and I (Terry Brousseau ) were down in Venice,La. for a 3 day camping duck hunt trip. Before we left the dock my dog Jessie disappeared in a span of about 2 minutes. I don't know if he was taken or ran off. We have a posting on RodnReel/Louisiana Sportsman and have placed an ad in the Plaquemines Gazzette,and posted on Facebook. I'm also going back down to place flyers every where. He has a chip so hopefully Vets will check. I'll try to post a picture so someone might recognize him. He's a nice dog and will listen if given the right commands. Thanks for your help!!! His name Is Jessie James.

I'm sorry for your loss man, can't imagine losing my "son" like that. I have been trying like hell to post the pic from this thread and description to my Facebook, but it won't work for some reason. Hi Karen ! Haven't found him yet. I've posted more ads in Gun Dog Breeders and Team Chesapeake and we've been back to Venice 2 times to search. I need all the help I can get. Thanks Terry and Patsy

call me. I will be in Venice all weekend starting Friday and let me know where you lost him. If you need a place to stay to keep looking over the weekend I have room at the camp I believe. Also have you talked to the heliport operators to let the helicopter pilots know? They fly the marsh multiple times a day. My cell is 504-450-0381, Jeff Anastasio.

I want to thank everyone for your help in looking for our dog! Jessie was found dead floating in the marina.
