Huge litter

Holy yellow pups batman, my yellow female delivered 11 healthy pups yesterday. All I can say is that's a pile of pups. Got scared as the first 5 were all males, but we ended up 7 males and 4 females.

This is amazing considering we only did 1 tie with a sire over the age of 10.

Wow, you've got some work on your hands raising 11! I did that once, spent a lot of time swapping pups around so the runts got enough to eat. Momma dawg kept looking at me like "dude, really ???"

I know you know this but make sure mama gets fed really well; when we had that big litter the vet advised me to sprinkle some powdered milk on her food just for some extra calcium.

Got her on a supplement already, don't have a runt all 11 were the same size and within a couple ounces at birth. All doing well at 1 week. Mom is doing a great job.
