Hello Friends! Well, I am off the crutches; however, I still have to wear the boot cast, but at least I'm sort of walking. They removed the breathing tube yesterday, so I was able to sleep in my bed last night instead of a recliner for the 1st time since I got home. I still have a ways to go with eating and swallowing before the feeding tube can come out, but we are getting better slowly but surely, one day at a time. I did manage to get a couple of sips of Community coffee down this morning... that sure tasted good! -Bill
