Best Hip Vet around Madison- JAckson Metro

My lab turns 14 in November. Last year her hips finally started giving her fits. We had her MedCam up until a few weeks when we switched to Mobic. My wife wants another vet to give her a "second opinion" on what we should be using. personally I think she's 14 and this is the cycle of life but I've been wrong before.

Any suggestions?
